Return and Refund Policy

Orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund  and we're happy to help you find a better formula for your needs.

Returns will be subject to a $10 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.  We do not refund shipping fees. Please note that returns may take up to 5 business days to process. Once processed, refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.

We reserve the right to refuse any return. This policy is only applicable for products purchased directly from powerfulhealth.us. If you purchased from a different retailer please refer to their return/refund policy.
