RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
Mix 2 to 10 drops of tincture in an eye cup filled with room-temperature distilled water. Hold the eye cup to your eye, tilt your head back (cover with a dark cloth if needed), and open your eye in the solution. It will sting slightly at first. Close and reopen your eye a few times to allow it to adjust. Once comfortable, do eye exercises: move your eye left and right, up and down, and in circles while open. Aim for 1–2 minutes. Rinse the eye cup and repeat for the other eye. Gradually increase the number of drops you use until you can tolerate 10 drops. For vision issues, use 2–3 times daily for six weeks, then take a one-week break before starting another six-week course.
