For best results, use the daily oral therapy AFTER brushing and flossing, along with a tongue scraper. This is an herbal tonic containing 14 pure herbal extracts and essential oils, which naturally separate. I do not add any chemicals to bind these herbs. Simply shake it 10 times before use. Pour about 15ml into the included cap, swish it vigorously between your teeth (both sides), gargle, and repeat before spitting. Do not swallow. (This is a pure herbal product.
